| Im from Switzerland, and this song definitely reminds me of the feeling of living here. Warm summers by the lake, snowy winters in the mountains behind a fire in a chalet with a sense of isolation and comfort. Being politically neutral may be a reason why they describe it as safe and comfortable, like a home should be. Also, if you dont know the geography of the country, it is essentially one big valley. There is literally no where in Switzerland where you won't see a mountain in the horizon. This fact makes it feel like you are isolated from the negativity of the world around you. btw nice comment | |
