I dont get where you people get your weird thoughts about this song , it is CLEARLY about his departure from the RHCP , all the lyrics points to that , especially the first verse ... "When we choose to go we're losing more than just our surroundings" "I Value my placement as in hell , Remember the moment that i fell ... " everything is pointing to that , he is explaining why he is doing it , also remember this album was released exactly when he left the band. |
