To me, the song definitely seems to have a feeling of "Life's shit, but I'm still hoping" It's about looking at how bad people can be, but also shining a glimmer of light in the humanity of other people and looking bright to your own future. |

I remember hearing that this song was more of an accidental joke than FM's others. If I'm not wrong, the group was doing a session in a practice room and having a few drinks at the time. Dennis started playing around and came up with the riff and started playing it. As some of the other member started chiming in with improvisations, he realise he was too drunk to think up what to play next and announced "I don't know where I'm going [with this]!". The rest, as they say, is history. |
