It's clearly directed towards his blood parents. "Slit the morse of my mother's throat" "Dick you rode" He's probably going off of the point that if his blood parents gave him up for adoption, he was an accident. His parents are "rotten" to him. When the inflection of his voice changes in the repetition of "rotten to me", this could be actual emotion rather than just artistic influence. I believe that it is, as learning at the age he did that he was adopted could be very emotional and can scar for life. |
