It is by the relatively unknown Philadelphia 90’s pop-punk band The Herculoids, from their 1998 EP, The Taryn Trilogy. http://www.last.fm/music/The+Herculoids Back in the Napster days, some person took the Herculoids song and relabeled it as The Vandals (unbeknownst to either band). |
