30 Seconds to Mars – Northern Lights Lyrics 10 years ago
@[KeroseneFire:3974] I disagree. I read that "You would eat your young" it's a phrase used to describe someone really evil. So I think this is a song has to do with people that are almost soulless and the destruction of this world.

The Rasmus – Ten Black Roses Lyrics 10 years ago
I have an idea about this song, perhaps it can be true. He sings:
"When you're sad and no one knows it
I'll send you black roses
When your heart's dark and frozen
I'll send you black roses
Ten Black roses"
And somehow I think the 10 black roses are the rest of the songs from the album :). It's nice to think that somehow is a message for us all.

Avril Lavigne – My Happy Ending Lyrics 10 years ago
@[Gabymuzik:3482] Your english is great. I hope you feel better now. I know the words "things will get better" doesn't really get into you when you are sixteen, but I just wanted to say to you that all your moments of sadness will make you stronger. The most important thing that you need to remember is that everybody makes mistakes, and every young one can act with recklessness. But things will pass, you will grow and you will learn to love and to care, and you will find someone that treats you like you deserve.

The Rasmus – Sky Lyrics 10 years ago
This is my favorite song from the album.
I felt in love when I listened to the lyrics, it's so beautiful, Lauri indeed is my favorite lyric composer.
It seems that the meaning has something to do with regret, a dark burden inside his heart. Something happened and it bring torture and everyday mortification. Now is looking somehow for redemption, or maybe one last moment of peace before his "time to go".

Leaving aside this I have a personal view of this song. I was reading a book at the time I listened to this song and all the story felt perfectly interpreted by it. I know it has nothing to do with it, but I can't help but think about the story when I listen to it. The book name is "Shatter Me" and the main character, Juliet, is the one who should have wrote that song. She is a prisoner, in isolation, and she thinks she did something horrible, so she deserve to be suffering like she is. Every day while she looked trough the window she just wanted to see the sky, and feel the rain.
