No comments? Really? This song means so much to me. It was by far the best song on the Catching Fire soundtrack imo (closely followed by Atlas). It's beautifully darkish and the words are amazing. I believe this song could mean different things to different people. To me, it remiss me of (spoilers for Mockingjay if you haven't read the book) The Hanging Tree song that Katniss' was taught when she was little. Almost as if two lovers were to die together and are trying to assure each other everything will be okay. Once again, it could mean something different to someone else. This was just my interpretation of the song. |
