It could be about someone who has fallen in life, and is depressed, and Adam's telling that someone that it's "never too late". Or, it could be about someone who is ignored/bullied, and no-one believes: No one will ever see This side reflected (referring to parents/friends not believing that bullying is happening.) And if there's something wrong Who would have guessed it? (Again, referring to the parents/friends) And I have left alone (Adam saying that he's making it his duty to help the someone and has left his friends to help) Everything that I own To make you feel like It's not too late It's never too late |

Basically I think it's about someone who hasn't really done a lot in his/life and then he has some one tell him: "It's now or never to do something big." In a whole, it's Adam telling us not to sit around wasting our lives, it's Adam telling us to go out there and do what you want to do, and if you want to change something, make it change. |

This is kind of what @Act 20 said but this is my version: The greatest songs TDG made was 'Pain', 'Animal I've Become' and 'Never Too Late' Well, they could be saying: ' Adam's gone, and we've changed our style and our main singer, so don't expect us to go back to our old, stuff..' I do like the song, it's just not as good as Adam. |
