| I know this has been said before, but for me this song is about depression. 'I'm bleeding out' is literally blood. And the bit after that, the last thing part, that's kind of like he wants to get revenge on someone. 'Count my sins'? That's how many times he cuts. At least that's sort of how it works for me. One of the people I used to know before I moved knew about what I did, and they would tell me to hold on and not kill myself, because there were people who cared for me. After I moved away, we lost touch. And now I'm stuck with some of the worst people in my life. One person who I used to call my best friend betrayed me completely. This song really strikes home for me. | |
