Great song. Listen to this when having trouble with my lady. "I know sometimes it's gonna rain." - Really about all relationships. There will be ups and downs. In the video, not exactly sure why there is an accident. Maybe it's about losing a loved one who you just had a fight. Otherwise great song from Ne-Yo. |

Love the song and the video. Pretty much speaks to me about my relationship with my wife. "Too strong for too long" - this really speaks to me when have had thoughts about breaking up. |

Don't see it as a sad song. It seems like a song written about a lover who is back home while he is on the road. The video starts with the band jumping on a van. The lead singer is in his room scribbling lyrics and then in the studio. He seems to be thinking about his GF - "Here without you baby but you're still with me in my dreams." Guess it could be about a breakup. But it seems more like missing someone. Love listening to this song thinking about my wife. |

Great song. I agree it seems to be about a breakup. But it's sort of a sweet breakup. Crow seems to be content with it at the end. Sting represents the male breakupper. I have a version where she is just singing alone so this was maybe added later for effect. Breakups are hard even on celebrities I guess. Crow seems in tune with this. |
