I like what RollingRock said about the lyrics. This song is about being your own person and being true to yourself. To let society and other people control and dictate who you are would be like wearing shackles and being imprisoned with no say on your life. This song is basically about breaking free from the hive mind of society and being independent. |

Awesome song! I think Dragon is right on with the meaning. I also that this song is about how corrupt the world is and that you shouldn't let it corrupt you as well.When it says "With poison, the knife or the noose at me" I think it refers to ways one would commit suicide to escape from this fucked up world. |
