Moving Mountains – Grow Up, Grow On, Grow Out Lyrics 11 years ago
This Album references "the sun and earth" a lot. People can interpret what the "sun" is in many different ways. After listening to the album for a while im beggining to think that the sun is God, although i doubt he would write about that..... i dont know haha

Mineral – Slower Lyrics 11 years ago
I really like the line "It's just not the same when you're staring
Into a perfect golden sunset
And thinking about how you sold your soul
To send the rain away" If i'm not mistaken he is referencing heaven. This whole song is filled with amazing quotes that i live my life by. Its crazy how little notoriety this song (also band) has, Mineral is the greatest piece of art i have seen.

Mineral – & Serenading Lyrics 11 years ago
I had to write an English paper on reality and i picked this song as one of my sources. Just if anyone wants to read my shitty description on this wonderful song.

In this song, the artist says he saw and heard things that he can no longer hear or see in a much older age. “When I was a boy I saw things that no one else could see. So why am I so blind at twenty two?” His reality, meaning the state in which things actually exists, when he was younger was fixated and honed in to his visual imagination and the sound of symphonies. And now, at age twenty two, the artist has lost his ability to determine what reality really is. This concludes that reality isn’t what always exists, but what is true to you. Aging, the artist is losing his ability to find something that he believes in, finding what is true to him. Unlike when he was a kid and these things he imagined meant more to him. Finally, near the end of the piece, the artist starts to hear the sound of snow, just like when he was a boy. This is what his brain was signaling to him, the sound existed to him in that actual moment. This supports the fact that an individual’s reality doesn’t actually have to exist, because snow doesn’t make a sound. It was just his imagination.

This is only a rough draft, hope you enjoyed.
