I think the song is about one of them in a serious relationship, but they have to end it because they are touring all the time, so they can't spend time with that one person and don't want them to just wait for them all the time. But the guy can't get over her because he loves her too much, but he knows it won't work. I love this song and band so much, they make me a proud aussie <3 |

Without a doubt this is on of their best songs. This song is absolutely beautiful and was written so well. At first I thought it was about a break up but then searching up the lyrics and listening to it over and over again I realised it was something so much different and literally started crying. I never thought that a band like One Direction would sing a song with such a powerful storyline because their usual songs are about partying and stuff and it's really is an eye opener that they were able to sing this song and do it well <3 Ed Sheeran is just amazing at singing and songwriting and it sucks that he doesn't get enough attention like Katy Perry and Lady Gaga do but maybe it is better that way... Ed Sheeran is just an awesome person overall and is also good at getting me to cry.... Thanks Ed <3 |

This song is absolutely beautiful. The fact that people go ahead and do this on purpose, go kill a life, thinking it's just a bunch of cells, even though it is so much more, when there are others out there who would love to have a baby, but either are infertile or have a miscarriage it just makes me really sad. I love this song so much though... It truly is beautiful just like all of his other songs. |
