I believe this is about someone about to commit suicide, and that it's ironically called weight of living because s/he's going to kill themselves. The albatross is being all the bad things this person had done or it is a person trying to persuade them to not commit suicide. The light that is calling them to die. This person is denying to help the albatross is trying to give him if it is not the other possibility. The sun in their eyes is their ignorance and them denying the truth. Or at least that is my interpretation... |
