As oedrox said, it's about a relationship, where the girl has been used y fooled, by a boy. "You were mine last night And gone today Like a broken toy I've been thrown away" He pretend love her and care for her. He "took" what he wanted or needed from her and left her. "I could hold you till The day I die But that's okay I couldn't love you anyway" I would tell that the girl has been through people that hurt her in the past, wich makes her "incapable" to fall in love with this boy, but that doesn't makes her incapable to have feelings for him. It's like she feels dissapointed and hurt, but at the same time like she knew this would happen, anyway. (sorry if I wrote something wrong, English is not my first language) |
