John is so good at making the most amazing songs out of the most common human feelings. Of course he's talking about moving far from where he was born or raised, where his family is. How this change makes life go so fast (comparing it to the speed of a train: you're one second in one station and the next in another). how scary it is, even though he knows he can make it ; he just wishes something would happen to make this stop. But of course wisdom comes in (father talk) letting him know that its now or never and how when you're old you wish you could have those opportunities again . Now or never…. |
