Watching this video brings me to tears. The way I see it is as such- A Parent with decaying mental illness struggling to stay afloat, while also Trying to raise a child. Just looking at it from a child's point of view really puts things in perspective. It must be so frustrating to have to be the stronger one in the household. The more responsible one. It's obvious they're both fighting a losing battle. The parent is obviously stuck in its ways. The child can come and go as it pleases but has this undying need to rescue its parent. At the end it is like She is begging him To "snap" out of it. You get this feeling as if Shia can fit through the bars if he wanted to but he's too far gone to escape his madness. Chilling video really...very deep. |
