You sound like a religious nutjob who just can't get over the fact that people more in the public eye talk about the inevitability that there is no God and the sillyness and hypocricies of religion and the different religious ideas and movements. Many of these bands don't even support or worship the Devil. They actually think he is just as made up as all of this God and Jesus shit. They believe that once you die, you die. You don't transform into a ghost and go to the clouds or a burning pot depending on how you behave. "Jesus don't like a queer" Have you ever thought about what that ACTUALLY means? I mean, this is the "SONGMEANINGS" website, not the hell-bound heathen discussion board. That line is obviously referring to the many religions and ideas that being gay is unnatural, immoral, against God's will, etc. In the real world, there are loads and loads of people that believe that these religious folk and principles should just fuck off and let people be the way they want, be it gay lesbian, whatever. Also, Jerry Cantrell is not a drug addict. Layne and Mike were the addicts in the band. Shows what you know about... anything. I'd go as far to say that you aren't even a fucking fan of this band since you didn't know that fact. |
