I think she is talking about a sibling struggling with addiction and she knows by telling she could have a huge weight off of her by telling but she chooses not to and by what she means when you go could mean that the sibling isnt allowed around or maybe has to leave for rehab. I could be wrong but thats just what i thought she was meaning in the song |
