I think its about opiate (heroin) addiction. I am a (allegedly) current heroin addict, 9 years in the downward spiral, and I cannot put any other meaning to the parts; "Follow, I enter my dimensions, awakened heart of life Enforce my senses, I'm understanding I find the will to live straight I feel the change I see the vicious circle Finally turned into a virtuous one" He is talking about finally being clean from the vicious cycle of being empty-minded and empty of heart while using heroin. "Remain in what you are, the center of your life You made it to this point no one can tell you how You crawled and bled all the way but you were the only one That was tearing your soul apart, you finally find yourself" A lot of the rest, including the above verse, can be generally applied to any type of life struggles against ANYTHING we don't have any control over, which is pretty much everything. Suprised no one else thought of this lyrical meaning, what do ya all think? PS I am going to see Gojira and Mastodon on 4/28 in Seattle WA I am so bloody excited dude |
