I know the band personally, and the lead singer Keef told me that "ghost with a boner" is about his father's struggle with his own sexuality. The ghost with a boner would possess keef's dad by jumping up his butt and making him gay. Once possessed, he would be rude, aroused, and intoxicated, which basically tore keef's family apart. | |
