I agree with Experiman, but i think its a dialogue from a person watching another person exteriorize some "demons" and "poisons", and the talking person is surprised how the second manages to hide that so deep (enough to make the first person surprised). And since the talking person has demons too, he want to learn to hide his too. |

The person is asking God (or "The Maker") to confort him/her in lonelyness ("oh my god why won't you hold me") since the one she loves ( "the lips i kiss, the life i miss") left. He/she is comparing the love of the one with the love of god, and repeating to him/herself that the one will never love him/her like god. *It's important to note that she/he is repeating to him/herselft, trying to convince him/her of that. |
