| Nirvana – Come As You Are Lyrics | 11 years ago |
I think this song is about being a true friend to someone, and not hiding your secrets from them. "Come doused in mud, soaked in bleach As I want you to be As a trend, as a friend" Be a TRUE friend and expose all of your grime to the other person. Don't be fake... |

| Lily Allen – Hard Out Here Lyrics | 11 years ago |
I think this song is critical of how hip hop culture perceives women. Lily sings, "I won't be braggin' 'bout my cars or talkin' 'bout my chains Don't need to shake my ass for you 'cause I've got a brain" She talks on how rappers always brag about their big cars and have big booty bitches twerking in their music videos. "If I told you 'bout my sex life, you'd call me a slut When boys be talkin' about their bitches, no one's makin' a fuss" She references how rappers always talk about how many bitches they have sex with and it's not a problem, but if a female has multiple sex partners and exaggerates about it she's considered a slut. "Sometimes it's hard to find the words to say I'll go ahead and say them anyway Forget your balls and grow a pair of tits" She goes on to mention that it's harder to be a female in a male world. "You're not a size six, and you're not good lookin' Well, you better be rich, or be real good at cookin' You should probably lose some weight 'Cause we can't see your bones You should probably fix your face or you'll end up on your own" This references how woman are often objectified by men and they have to look pretty and be skinny in order to have one. |

| Lily Allen – Air Balloon Lyrics | 11 years ago |
Okay, I don't think this song really has a meaning, but if I could take a guess, I think it would be about getting high and going to some type of euphoric land where you're happy. Lily sings: "Come meet me in the sky I'll be waiting for you And we can't hear what they say Up in my air balloon, air balloon, air balloon" I think it also may be about going up into a land where she can't make any type of music she wants and can't hear arse holes like the one below. |

| Paramore – My Heart Lyrics | 11 years ago |
I think this song is about love, not God. Here's why. "I am finding out that maybe I was wrong" is referring to her breaking up with the guy and thinking that maybe she was wrong in doing so. "That I've fallen down and I can't do this alone Stay with me This is what I need please" This refers to wanting her boyfriend back because she can't get through whatever trauma she's going through without him. "Will you sing us a song And we'll sing it back to you We could sing our own But what would it be without you" This refers to her being nothing without her boyfriend. Life's not the same without him. "I am nothing now And its been so long Since I've heard a sound The sound of my only hope This time I will be listening" This line refers to hearing the sound of her boyfriend's voice. She loathes for his presence since they have broken up. This time she'll be listening to his voice and hoping that he'll say he wants to get back together after she confesses her feelings. "This heart, it beats Beats for only you My heart is yours" These lines refer to her only wanting to be with her ex-boyfriend and she can't be with anyone else. Her heart beats "for only you". |

| Lady GaGa – Do What U Want (feat. R. Kelly) Lyrics | 11 years ago |
This song is about Lady Gaga giving the world her body, while she keeps her heart and her mind focused on her music. She sings, "My bones hurt from all the show hmm But I don't feel the pain 'cause I'm a pro I I sink in and then I'm okay eh, 'Cause my body belongs to you when I'm on stage eh" to say that she is tribute to her fans. She lets them do what they want with her body while she's onstage. But then she also lets her critics know her body mainly belongs to them too: "But then you print some shit that makes me want to scream So do what you want, what you want with my body Do what you want, don't stop, let's party" She grants them control and says that they can insult her body and call her ugly as much as they like, but she's not gonna let them have her heart or mind. |

| Beyoncé – Drunk in Love Lyrics | 11 years ago |
This song is about having sex with someone. The line about filling the tub up half way and then riding on the waves with her surf board is really about how you fill the tub up half way when you're having sex with someone tub so you fill it up halfway and then sit on their "you know what" and then riding it. "Graining on that wood" is obviously talking about a hard cock going inside her. She's basically singing about getting drunk and having sex in a tub with Jay Z. "I've been drinking, watermelon" isn't about drinking cum, it's about drinking watermelon flavored vodka. She even said "gangster wife" to reference her marriage to Jay Z. |
