The album cover for this song is actually Eddie stabbing Bruce with a pitchfork because when the album cover was made Bruce had left the band to pursue a solo career. Cradle of Filth's cover of this song was god awful Dani can't sing. Cruelty and the Beast was the worst Gothic metal album I've ever heard. Machine Head did the best cover but not as good as the original. UP THE IRONS \m/! |

So many things on the album cover of this song. First there is a grim reaper on the card that Charlotte is holding. The same reaper is outside her window. There is a picture of Eddie with text that says "To Charlotte, Love Eddie". and behind the picture is what looks like an evil Mickey Mouse waving at you |

The reason the lyrics are amazing is because the Thrash Metal band Sodom wrote this song and released it on their 2nd album in 1987 about 9 years before Cradle of Filth covered it. Listen to the original it's much better. |
