| Radiohead – Creep Lyrics | 12 years ago |
| I believe the song is about suicidal or depressing thoughts. Throughout the song, Radiohead says that "I wish I was special." This is probably after a break-up, and whoever is telling the story is depressed. The line "She's Running Out The Door," is probably after a act out with the girlfriend. | |
| Modest Mouse – Cowboy Dan Lyrics | 12 years ago |
|
Cowboy Dan could be a washed up movie star or cowboy who has lost his American Spirit. Let me explain. "Well, Cowboy Dan's a major player in the cowboy scene He goes to the reservation drinks and gets mean He's gonna start a war He hops in his pickup puts the pedal to the floor And says "I got mine but I want more" Cowboy Dan was a major person in our Cowboy scene. He started drinking reservation drinks and gets drunk. He will start a war in the bar or against society. He gets in his car and drives off, and wants more with his life. "He drove the desert, fired his rifle in the sky And says, "God if I have to die you will have to die" Well, Cowboy Dan's a major player in the cowboy scene He goes the reservation drinks and gets mean I didn't move to the city, the city moved to me" Dan drives to the desert and fires the rifle. He has lost his spirituality and wants to die. He says the people from the city moved to see him instead of going himself. "And I want out desperately Can't do it, not even if sober Can't get that engine turned over Standing in the tall grass Thinking nothing You know we need oxygen to breath" Cowboy Dan is wanting to not be famous and realizes that is impossible. The engine is his life. He stands in the grass thinking about nothing. Where he does not want to breathe or live anymore. He wants it done. That's all I will say but thumbs up for more on this song! |

| Modest Mouse – Dramamine Lyrics | 12 years ago |
|
The song is about Modest Mouse getting high on Dramamine, which helps with motion sickness. The line, "Travelling Swallowing Dramamine," is a reference to the motion sickness. As the song goes on, the lyrics turn darker and it is making it sound like a bad trip. That's my Song Meaning on this! ROCK ON MODEST MOUSE! |

| Tenacious D – Beelzeboss (The Final Showdown) Lyrics | 12 years ago |
|
Ok, this may be a stretch, but here me out! The Devil, (Beelzeboss) could be our society and Jables and Kage represent our minds. Society or Beelzeboss dies and facts are leaked to Jables and Kage, or our society. |

| Pink Floyd – Mother Lyrics | 12 years ago |
|
In my mind, Mother is a representation of our government spying on us. It is overprotective of it's people, when even we know we are safe. "Mother should I trust the government?" I find this line interesting. The "Mother" is saying it would be ok to go into the war. "Mother will they put me in the firing line?" A question asked by Pink Floyd as this goes on. He wants to be home and safe, but his drama keeps him back. They say it is ok to be in war. "Mother's gonna help build the wall!" The Wall is are borders from other countries and borders from things we may want to know. The Wall is great, and I will try to figure out more of Pink Floyd! |
