I don't really understand why everyone thinks the girl dies in the song, even in an interview Alex said that the girl doesn't die, she just didn't share the same feelings, and the line, "I'm at home in the clouds/towering over your head" Alex said the girl is on a plane. Also because he said that the girl in this song is the same girl as in Vegas, I can see a relation between the line about the girl being at home in the clouds and Alex being at home on the interstate in vegas. |

I believe this song is about a guy who is either in a long distance relationship or the girl he likes lives far away from him, and he tries to devise some plans to meet her, but because of the distance he is afraid things won't be able to work. So he just wishes that both him and her were able to teleport to each other so that way the distance won't strain their relationship. |

I feel that I can totally relate to this song right now, my ex just broke up with me three days ago and was already seeing someone behind my back and saying it was my fault. Then I found out she was lying about a lot of things to me. And right now I'm trying to move on and she keeps "accidentally calling me" while she's high and shit. And because of how angry I am and I know she is in fact a cutter, the line at the end, "Do the world a favor, stop cutting your arms and slit your throat" describes how I feel if I receive one more fucking call or text from her right now. |

I believe this song is dedicated to Tyler's best friend Rachel Reece who died in a car accident back in 2008. I watch an interview with Tyler today, and he said the two of them both wanted to start playing music together and become the next "Sonny and Cher", and that when she he got the phone call saying she had passed away he gave up on music entirely, until he got a call from Rise about joining Woe, Is Me. |
