@ oula, what do you mean, I'm not sure I understand? I am sure there are stuff going on... We don't live in fairy land, but Lady gaga probably isn't aware. We're soooo quick to judge, we all do it. I still think there are a lot of good people on the planet and that it does make a difference. |

leavesintheriver, I understand that. I was trying to give a boost. I have had depression years ago. I don't express myself very well. What I meant is that there comes a time where depression can become comfortable, and we just focus only on our state. I know it sounds stupid what I'm saying, but what helped me years ago, is to come out of it by fighting it, and not let it become the centre of my life and control me, though it's really hard. Depression if we don't fight it, can control everything and make you just want to sleep. I had to work like a mad person, setting goals to get up, exercise..... I had a routine and it really helped me. I also met with people I felt were positive for me and read things that uplifted me. I am a fighter this is why I say this. We all have a fight inside, we are stronger than we think. |
