about as overtly political as this band seems to be, with the exception of the blatant call for the assassination of the then President (in "cowboy"). it is a fine line to walk between dry subject and humourous lyricism. i really like this song. |

in the beginning of the Sunshine for Shady People DVD this particular lyric is scrawled on a stall in a bathroom. the singer mentions how this was the first stop on the pottymouth campaign trail (or something to that affect). i wonder how many more times he wrote those words and in how many toilet stalls. |
