| Not my favorite Deicide album, but a highlight of the record. Glenn has been quoted as saying his lyrics are meant to piss off the religious right. That may seem obvious in many cases, but this song adds a layer of theological philosophy to it. I do not claim to be a Satanist, but I think this exemplifies the tenants of Satanism. The most simplistic way I've heard it expressed is, "There is no god, but me." | |
