the band is great, the video explains what they're getting at in the song...I especially enjoy the part where Jason is brushing his teeth and rinsing with Jack Daniels...I get a feeling of everyone being self abosorbed and almost oblivious...it makes the lyrics drip with sarcasm |

I used to spend time in the summers out at Possum Kingdom Lake...I've heard all kinds of crazy stuff...no vampires though....and I don't think that "so help me Jesus" is asking for forgiveness, just an expression like "cross my heart"...but you've got to love Dallas bands... |

this song really sums it what it feels like to be seperated by a growing void from the one that you love...it doesn't matter how many times I play it, it still brings that back...faith and uncertainty, fear and impatience...sometimes I wish I had "hit the pavement". |
