Its about finding a path but no necesarily a religious or spiritual one, can also be cientific or just another type of path. "I study saints and scholars both" Stare straight in to the sun could also be a reference to the failed ambition story of Icarus. Personaly i was a catolic when i was a kid, as i grew up i changed that but wasn't that easy, at first reality was kinda painfull to take once i admited it whitout the suport of a god or higher entity, or a reason, or a divine purpose, but then i learned to enjoy things for what they are, and then i started to really apreciate the beauty of the universe. So for me i stared straight in to the sun and i never closed my eyes. |
