| Hi there! I'm from Jacksonville. Nichols Park is actually out south of town. The one you are referring to is called Community Park. The ferris wheel does work! In nice weather, it runs on weekend evenings. Just thought I'd share that. My husband and I love Quincy, too. Visit there quite often! It would have inspired a good song, too. | |
