I think the lyrics here are probably incorrect. "Five fingers to black hooves" doesn't make much sense, considering it implies a transformation of one human hand into hooves (plural) It makes much more sense heard as "Five fingers, two black hooves" Implying that he has five on one hand, but also has a pair of hooves, which he presumably walks on. |

I feel the singer is saying there is literally no heaven, in the sense which some believe heaven and hell are right here on earth, implying that there is a hell, but no heaven. |
