I feel like the beginning is of his father telling him one day I won't be here to lead you and one day you will need to lead others through dark times. I feel like the black parade is symbolic to emo kids, the ones with pain and are very dark. His father was basically foreshadowing that he was going to lose very important people in his life. When he talks about this female, I think that is his mother. With that being said, I feel like his mother passed when he was very young and took her own life. But in the song he says that he is pained, has scars and he is strong enough to evolve and grow and lead others in death and pain. That is why they are an emo band and sing for the pained.

I think this is just a phase in time your going through just do more things that make you happy and things that don't make you cry. surround yourself with people that love you and you will feel loved. even though that weird kid might really love you he might feel the same way as you because you don't love him back. i can relate to you loving someone but them not loving you back. i know how it feel but for me he knows and when i say it and he says it back i can tell that he doesn't love me back and that feeling makes me want to find a corner and cry. so now i just don't say it no more to stay away from it. stop wasting your money on professional help if they all tell you the same thing. and you do need attention so you can feel loved and if you reject it then you will never get it.

this song shows that women are in love and can protect each other and want each other and aren't embarrassed to be homosexuals at the end when it says "not crying on sundays" it means that even though homosexuals are judged and discriminated there love together sees through that and they aren't fearing of going to hell for being gay because everyone is loved for who or what their sexuallity is shows that the person that wrote theses lyrics are not caring if someone stares, points, laughs, or even bullys them because that is who they are and no one can change them for it

for me this song is like you are on the phone with someone playing on the x box and is just swearing and not caring in a world for anyone though the person on the phone you are in love with and you try to get their attention and they dont even respond but you want to hang up and let go but you cant because love is that strong so you want to forgive them in seconds and talk for hours but in life you dont get what you want because life doesnt revolve around you so you just want that person to react and realize you aou are there wanting their love but you are about ro say goodbye and let go.

this song is the way i feel when you talk on the phone and there playing the x box and just swearing and not giving a care in a world but that person on the phone your in love with and just want to scream at them for not saying anything at all like you talk and try to get then to respond but they just play the game like they dont care and you just want to hang up and say forget them and try not to think about them afterwards but love is that strong you will just want to forgive them for not talking to you and talk for hours but thats not how life is you just cant get everything you want like you just have to deal with it and hang up and let go.
