Cosmic Dancer--'Dancing' in poetic parlance, can also be about having sex...(eg. "Private Dancer", a courtesan or prostitute.) So I suppose this song could be about his early sexuality as a boy, like so many in his day and age. The 'cosmic' part could be about his state of mind, spiritual, evolving, perhaps? It's up to artistic interpretation, surely. Sometimes Marc could sound very melancholy when he sang this, as if a deep sadness is woven throughout this 'experience' of life he lived. |
