Coming from a past addiction with Heroin personally I strongly believe that Anthony is directly talking about shooting up heroin... "I like pleasure... (Heroin gives you pleasure) SPIKED WITH PAIN ( you "spike" your arm with a needle) and music is my aeroplane (you float away to the music) then comes the first verse which during my addiction I spent a lot of time in cars listening to music and shooting up.. Looking at myself and wondering what the hell I'm doing this for, wish someone could pull me out before I die. But ill make it disappear by using and ill no longer fear death 2nd verse sitting in my kitchen hey girl.. Girl being the street name for heroin "she's a hero." Turning into dust.. China white dust, powder. It's a real melancholy lifestyle when you're addicted to heroin so you push her voice inside of me.. Push the drug into your body and she. Your high you feel like you're defying gravity and if you've ever seen someone on dope they literally DO defy gravity when they're nodding out its easy to do when you're sad and people view what you're doing as sad Last chorus. Just one note can make me float.. Obviously just one little use will make you high It fucks you up where you lay. Too much will stop your breathing and possibly kill you. Music and Heroin slammed into one just my take |
