I've corrected the lyrics to a state where I am 100% confident in them, if anyone disagrees please let me know and we can discuss it/re-listen to the song! That said, this is a hilarious song that I constantly find myself quoting. Friend kicking my ass in a video game? "I'D RATHER YOU BE DEAD NOW. BE DEAD NOW." Or "Brutality is here in the form of income tax, I'd rather take a fucking axe to my face" during tax season. Only my roommate or close friends ever understand where it's coming from, but I do it anyway. Dethklok has such a funny "over the top", psuedo-satirical sound to their music/lyrics that I find it fun/funny to listen to, but the actual musicality of it is really decent too (I would listen to it even without the silly/over-the-top lyrics). |
