I think this song is about acceptance definitely! But even more about showing the true you! The song clearly displays on how a person shows the raw core of himself, All of the secrets, all of the sins, all of the shame, all of the motivations and hidden agenda's. Its about truly understanding one another to the very core, being completely naked and vulnarable which takes the most guts to do. I fail to do this all the time as I push people away, showing the darker ugly side of me without giving them to see the good. Better to be broken than to brake |

| I think this goes beyond a disire to hurt someone. To me it seems that the person of this song has a convinction wich he lives and dies by. It is justified by his moral standards but at the same time there is a struggle between right and wrong, is his conviction truly justified? When is it justice and when is it vengeance? what if your conviction compels to kill the things or persons you love most? To me the song is about the struggle between conviction and your darkest emotions. | |
