| Midnight Oil – Shipyards Of New Zealand Lyrics

It starts off with a guy working in the shipyards of NZ. But he dreams of riches and hears rumours that you can make a million in Australia - probably in the gold fields. But he is not cut out for hard labour, so he works in the offices as a clerk or something. He works so hard every day, it never stops, and so slowly, his dreams fade away while he deals with the now. But deep down he kids himself that he will still be successful. From time to time he has to hide his real heritage as he climbs the social ladder of the oligarchs. Now he is at the top of the heap - he has forgotten his original dreams - they are lost, as is he. |

When actually, we take the point of view of the Mongoloid, and question ‘normalcy’… " http://youtu.be/PEWZbFj_JMg |
