Hey. Only here because I Googled the lyrics. "I don't need another friend" Heard this on the end of an Episode of The Walking Dead. I can relate to this. So much happens all the time. We are educated, live and die. Always look for a better way to be more successful with our chosen goals. And whose goals are they? When the metaphor of The Walking Dead becomes our reality. When we get it. That there are times when we have to make hard decisions. Then these lyrics are comforting and real, as I sat there at the end of an Episode while this song played. We are all on our own personal journeys. And this song playing was one of the few times that I actually cried during 3 Seasons of The Walking Dead. This song is really a sad, hopeful song. There will always be times when we make a tough choice and not all will relate. We have our memories, can hold our own hand but it is nice to have company to fully experience our human capacity. Walk Dead, Dudes! |
