this is my favorite lana del rey song. It's like taking me back to the age that Lana often refers to, like Scarface, CBGB, Nancy and Sid, they are all vintage. And even though in this song, lana doesn't give too much fancy singing techniques, she sings it with her sincere (and still vintage) voice which actually touches my heart more deeply. This song makes me want to fall in with with sb. as deep as lana del rey falls with this "kid" in Never Let Me Go. |
