The Beatles – You've Got to Hide Your Love Away Lyrics 12 years ago
I think this is a song about a person in love. When the person is there with them, it doesn't matter what others say. But when he is alone, he is affected by the laughter and ridicule from others. Sounds a lot like a middle school or high school crush to me.
I love this song, and it means a lot to me.

The Beatles – In My Life Lyrics 12 years ago
Definitely on the list of best songs ever for me.
Anyway, this is a song sung in reflection about all that has happened and changed. It makes me cry sometimes. Such a great song.

James Durbin – Screaming Lyrics 12 years ago
This song is someone who was told "it will get better" always, but it doesn't get better. It's about someone who doesn't fit in. Others, including his parents, told him it wouldn't last forever, but it doesn't seem that way.
I think that many people could probably relate to this song, about the anger built up inside.

Queen – Spread Your Wings Lyrics 12 years ago
This is one of my absolute favorite songs of all time. Okay, I have a lot of favorites, but I mean it!
I had the Queen Greatest Video Hits, and most of the songs on there I knew from Greatest Hits, but this one I hadn't heard before. I immediately wanted to buy the MP3 download of it, and I did. This is one of those songs that I can listen to over and over and over again and never get bored.
The story this song tells is not only so personal and touching, but it is done very well. The vocals and guitar on this song, as on many Queen songs, are perfection. And those lyrics, I could read them all day. I love this song!

Queen – Sheer Heart Attack Lyrics 12 years ago
It sounds to be like someone with Borderline Personality Disorder. They tend to have more extreme emotions, and I think that this is shown by the fact that they not only want to just disappear when they are in some kind of situation they don't want to be in, they want to completely get out of it by having a heart attack. The DNA line makes a lot of sense with this theory too, as many people with BPD received it from their parents, or one of their parents.
I feel a real connection with this song. When I first heard it (which was a live version) it just seemed like a "fun" song, but now it also has a lot of meaning to me.
