The Doobie Brothers – Disciple Lyrics 7 years ago
This song is clever in how a disciple goes around collecting the souls - with his shotgun

Steely Dan – Here At The Western World Lyrics 12 years ago
My Great Aunt Ruthie had a red back door. She gave me a silver skeleton key for it. We were very close. Like a second mother. She always gave me money, Jackson, to go to the drugstore to by a toy. Hide from the madman, your longing to be. I'm bipolar. Fantastic.!!!

Steely Dan – Rikki Don't Lose That Number Lyrics 12 years ago
This all nuts. I just spent the last half-hour explaining the real story and it wouldn't take it. If you want to know, I'll try again later.

Steely Dan – Reelin' In The Years Lyrics 12 years ago
This song came out in fall of 1972, I believe. In my senior year of high school, I was doing well scholasticly. I was 17 and telling everyone I was a genius. I went on a weekend trip to the University of Chicago for a seminar on students wanting to be doctors. Well, I quit college after my first year.
