I lost my brother in 2004 to suicide. This song was almost 10 years old then. It was a song that we'd listened to together. We both enjoyed it. After his death, it took on an actual meaning for me. Every single line in this song reminds me of my brother. I can't hear this song and not think of him. Bittersweet. A classic. |
