I can't say that anyone's take is wrong - because it is so clear to be due to the sheer difference in interpretation. Some of them, are the commenters applying the words to their own situations - real or made up. Only the lyricist can tell us EXACTLY what he meant. Until then we will distract ourselves by trying to make sense of the things we are going through.
The fact that this is just an awesome piece of music in the performance is reward enough. |

100% awesome - I love that we can hear the guitar being strummed - I feel like usually the fancy music people edit that out. It is just heart grabbing. |

I agree with your explanation and it heartens me, because not many people often feel the way I do. I feel like I wouldn't have known how to explain it all - it's just what I feel when I listen to the song. It's not only an ending - it's also a beginning. It is memories of not just one thing, but many. I don't know if you can make a mistake twice - the second time, probably not as much of a mistake as a stupid decision (those reckless things), but yeah, it also helps that that music these days - does not sound like this - so authentic, simple, yet complex - just a work of art. A beautiful one. |
