"Kill your heroes"- not literally of course, but don't dedicate your whole life to reach your hero's level. Don't feel that you have to live up to anything. Let go and do what will make you happy because you only have so much time.
"Don;t you worry we love you more than you know"- you can never possibly know how much you mean to people, so don't agonize over it and feel like you have to impress people. They will love you regardless. |

I'm gonna disagree with you about it speaking to a depressed person. Watch the video. It has absolutely nothing to do with depression. Rather it's about pushing past limitations the ones before you have set. Don't let others define you or stop you from doing your own thing. |

I completely agree with ya. It doesn't really have any characteristics of being a love song and you made the "thief" part make sense. Other people are trying to slap symbolism on it. This just makes the most sense. VS |
