The song is about Annie's battles with painkiller addiction (prescribed to combat the chronic pain of fibromyalgia and other conditions she suffers from). I think she's completely clean now, at least I got that impression the last time I spoke to her.
If I remember the anecdote correctly, the song got its title from some guy Annie and Micah knew who kept hacking the Giant Drag website to post dumb stuff, I think. |

Kind of. This song, along with others (most notably 'Kevin is Gay'), is explicitly about Annie's battles with chronic pain (thanks to fibromyalgia and other conditions) and subsequent painkiller addiction. I think she's completely clean now, at least I got that impression the last time I spoke to her. |
