the song is in my opinion, about someone with a heroin addiction. the addictions made you so sick, so sick and filthy part is referring to someone who is having withdrawals from it and usually addicts look dirty and gross. when he says its made you weak and shake in the knees, hes saying that the heroin has made the person so weak and scared that his knees are trembling and shaking as if he is too weak to even stand on his own. |
