| Wondering if the original intent of this song was about the unconditional love for someone with downs syndrome or autism? What do you think about this? "dim witted friend," "vacant brow," "tousled hair," "Looks laughable," "mouth a little weak" ... "favorite work of art." I think song was written before it was used in "Babes in Arms" so lyricist as other intent for lyrics than what it was used for in the show. What do you think? I would love feedback. | |
