Hi, I think that the last four verses are about death, concretely, the following: Far away across the field (In place far beyond Earth - the 'road' to Heaven) The tolling of the iron bell (The bell represents a call to Heaven as a symbol that your time has come- to an end) Calls the faithful to their knees (A call only for the faithful that now have to get to their knees in front of God) The hear the softly spoken magic spells (The voice of God and whatever he has got to tell you) This is what I think the last four verses mean, however, it's all about your own interpretation of the lyrics.
